Step One.

If you do not already have account with us please download and fill in the New Customer Form below and enclose it with your first case.

Step Two.

Scan your patient and send your digital impressions through your scanner portal or email STL files to smileshoppelab@gmail.com

For large files please send through Dropbox.

Step Three.

Check your scan has been approved via your scanner’s portal or call our digital department on: +1(248)-716-0146 (Option 2).
